Prize Draw for the Refuel Roadtrip Roadster (MX5 2008, KS57OZF)

1. Organiser

• This competition (“Competition”) is organised The Refuel Service Department, registered at 30 Bromley Common, Bromley BR2 9PD, with company registration number 1213486. (“Organiser”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Organiser, their families, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition are not eligible.
• The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age and identity.

3. Entry Period

• The Competition opens on 1st July 2025 at midnight and closes on 31st July 2026 at midnight.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must be registered on www.therefuel.com and will receive one entry on registration.
• Additional entries will be issued per £20 raised on their donation page via donations made to them in their Refuel garage.
• An additional entry will be given for each time the fundraising total increases by £20.
• No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries.

5. Prize

• The prize is one Mazda MX5, 2008, registration plate KS57OZF.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• The prize is offered without any guarantees of mechanical condition, and it is the responsibility of the winner to tax and insure the vehicle upon ownership.
• The prize is offered in “as is” condition.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries via a randomised computer draw.
• The draw will take place on 1st August 2026 at 9am.
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery

• The winner is responsible for collecting the Prize from Bromley, London.
• The Organiser will not cover insurance, registration, road tax, or any running/maintenance costs.
• The winner must provide all necessary documents required by law including a driving license as proof of identity.

8. Publicity

• The winner agrees to participate in publicity reasonably requested by the Organiser (e.g., photos, press releases, social media posts).
• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during the course of the Competition will only be processed as set out in the Organiser’s privacy policy at www.therefuel.com.
• Data will be used for administering the Competition and contacting the winner, in compliance with GDPR.

10. General

• The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for technical errors affecting participation.
• The decision of the Organiser is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
